Creative was moving fast, but learning was not. I started by auditing listings, visuals, and sales data to pinpoint where creative could make a measurable impact. High-traffic ASINs with declining performance revealed clear patterns, and competitor analysis, customer feedback, and review sentiment filled in the rest. From those insights, I built a roadmap with defined goals, hypotheses, and creative test variables. Each brief outlined exactly what we would test, how we would measure it, and what success would look like. Once leadership approved the plan, we had a clear mandate to test, learn, and scale.
