Creative Director

The Ambr Group | July 2023 - October 2025

I led creative strategy and operations for more than forty consumer brands, collaborating with designers, copywriters, brand managers, and cross-functional partners in supply chain and inventory planning. I built scalable processes that balanced speed, quality, and collaboration, resulting in over fifty product launches and multiple brands evolving into category leaders.

My focus was on building creative systems that could scale. I managed more than 300 projects every few months, implemented testing frameworks that produced up to four-point CVR gains, and mentored designers who now lead teams of their own. Partnering with marketing, product, and sales, I worked to align creative output with business goals, ensuring every project supported performance and brand growth.

My focus was on stabilizing workflows, managing cross-functional collaboration, and keeping creative quality high through a period of change.

Working closely with product and operations teams, I helped unify brand design language, streamline review cycles, and ensure on-time delivery across all active projects. My communication and leadership during this time were recognized by leadership and led to my promotion to Creative Director.

I led creative marketing for twenty-three consumer brands, overseeing Amazon content, campaign strategy, and packaging that drove measurable sales lift. My work focused on improving performance through strong creative foundations, brand alignment, and collaboration across departments.

I centralized creative systems to reduce costs by $12K per month and improve efficiency across the organization. My rebrand work with Zeppoli increased conversion by 4.98%, and I directed new product launches for Yoove and Chef’s Path that positioned sustainable and affordable goods as elevated choices. I also collaborated with vendors and printers to ensure packaging and merchandising designs were produced accurately and on brand.
