the brief.
Eedor set out to expand its reach with YourTone, an inclusive sock line designed to complement a wider range of skin tones. The goal was to create a cohesive sub-brand that celebrated everyday diversity while maintaining Eedor’s signature comfort and performance. I led creative direction from concept through launch, blending real and AI photography to build a campaign that felt both human and elevated.
the sub brand.
To connect YourTone to Eedor’s existing visual language while giving it space to stand on its own, I evolved the brand system using the Figtree font family with subtle refinements.
The sub-brand’s design leaned into soft neutrals and minimalist layouts to communicate warmth and inclusivity. The palette was drawn directly from the tone range itself, creating a visual link between identity and product. Clean lines, rounded edges, and gentle gradients reinforced the approachable tone that defined the collection.
the product line.
The YourTone collection featured a carefully developed palette of tones inspired by real undertones found in everyday skin. Each color was tested for accuracy under varied lighting conditions to ensure the shades looked consistent across photography and real life. The result was a warm, approachable tone range that complemented every customer.
ai photo agency.
To bring the full tone range to life within budget, I explored multiple production paths. After vetting and meeting with six photo agencies, I realized hiring six models at once would exceed the project scope. Instead, I partnered with an AI photo agency in Poland to produce the imagery.
I built detailed creative briefs outlining tone, styling, and lighting direction, then managed the process through delivery. I reviewed drafts, adjusted compositions, and ensured all final work met brand standards. The result was a cohesive image library that felt authentic, inclusive, and scalable for future use across Amazon, email, and social.
real photoshoot.
For the real photography, I partnered with a trusted photo agency in China to capture clean product imagery and lifestyle-inspired flat lays. The goal was to highlight the range of tones and textures in a natural, appealing way.
The team delivered detailed product shots, styled compositions, and aesthetic visuals that brought warmth and consistency to the collection. These images became the foundation for Amazon content, packaging visuals, and brand storytelling across all channels.

Building a color system for three audiences was one of the most complex parts of the project. Each palette needed to stand alone while feeling distinctly Eedor when viewed together.
The men’s line uses deep navy and taupe for strength and reliability. The women’s palette leans into warm peach and red tones for softness and approachability. The active palette introduces a bright neon green for movement and visibility. Neutral greys connect the system across every touchpoint, creating cohesion and scalability for future lines.
